We won't sell you a chemical overhaul you don't need.
Most guys will push it. We won't. If the standard service fixes the smell or the drip, that's the bill. $40, not $280.
We won't guess your pocket.
If the compressor's gone, we photograph it, send you the picture, and quote the part at the supplier's price up-front. You decide.
We won't run a "total care package."
No audit fee, no care plan, no bundle. You pay per service, per unit, at the tier your unit count falls into. That's it.
We won't claim "24/7 emergency."
Bookings Mon–Sat 8:30am–6pm. After-hours and Sundays are emergencies only, +$50. That's the real policy.
We won't invent a certification.
Quarterly servicing has no HDB/NEA/BCA licence attached, so we don't claim one. Beng Hock is 22 years in. That's the credential.
We won't subcontract your install.
New installs are done by Beng Hock. Quarterly and chemical cleans are Alvin. That's the whole field team. No rotating face at your door.

Senior tech at a well-known Bedok servicing firm for twenty-two years. Went solo in 2020 after watching techs get pushed to upsell chemical overhaul on units that just needed cleaning. Handles all diagnosis calls and installs himself.
Alvin Lim
Five years in the trade, three with Bravo. Does most of the standard quarterly servicing and chemical cleans. Picks up the install runs when Beng Hock is tied up.
Sheila Ng
Runs the WhatsApp, scheduling, invoicing, and the daily "no, we can't do an $800 overhaul unless your compressor is actually shot" conversation. Answers Mon–Sat 8:30am–6pm.

Islandwide. One round trip per job. We don't batch your servicing with a stranger's to save on fuel.
